The lipophilic AdipoRedTM Assay Reagent specifically partitions into the fat droplets of differentiated adipocytes and fluoresces at 572 nm. This objective, high-throughput, homogeneous fluorescence-based assay quantifies the accumulation of intracellular triglycerides and provides significant advantages to drug discovery efforts in the field of obesity and diabetes.
